Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 26, 2026

Mays Enterprises Inc. (“Mays Enterprises,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates communication and messaging systems on behalf of local service businesses (“Business Clients”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and to the SMS/text messaging services we operate.

We do not sell your personal information. No mobile information — including phone numbers and SMS opt-in or consent data — is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Who we are in this process

When you call a business that uses our service and your call is not answered, our system sends you a confirmation text on that business’s behalf inviting you to reply YES. Only after you confirm do we continue the conversation. In that exchange, the Business Client is the party you contacted, and Mays Enterprises is the technology provider that processes and delivers the message. We handle your information only to provide this service.

Information we collect

How we use information

SMS messaging and consent

Opt-in is a two-step process. When you call a business served by Mays Enterprises and your call is not answered, our system sends you a single confirmation text inviting you to reply YES. You must reply YES to provide express consent before any further messages are sent to you. Once you confirm, you will receive text messages related to your inquiry at that number. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you can request help by replying HELP. Opting out stops further automated messages to your number.

Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties. Phone numbers collected for SMS are used solely to deliver the messaging service and are not sold, rented, or shared for unrelated marketing.

How we share information

We share information only as needed to operate the service: with the Business Client on whose behalf the messages are sent, and with service providers that help us deliver messages (such as our telecommunications carrier). We may disclose information if required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax, and carrier-compliance obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Your choices

Children’s privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
