SMS Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the SMS/text messaging program operated by Mays Enterprises Inc. (“Mays Enterprises,” “we,” “us”) on behalf of local service businesses (“Business Clients”). By participating, you agree to these terms.
Program description
When you call a business that uses our service and your call is not answered, our system sends you a confirmation text on that business’s behalf inviting you to reply YES. Once you confirm, the program provides missed-call replies, customer-service messages, and related appointment confirmations and reminders so your inquiry isn’t lost.
How you consent (opt-in)
Opt-in works in two steps. First, you call a participating business; if your call is not answered, our system sends a single confirmation text to the number you called from, inviting you to reply YES. You must reply YES to confirm before any further messages are sent. Replying YES is your express consent to receive text messages from the business regarding your inquiry — including missed-call replies, appointment confirmations, reminders, and customer-service messages. If you do not reply YES, no further messages are sent. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opting out (STOP)
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending automated texts to your number. To rejoin, contact the business again or text START.
Help (HELP)
For help, reply HELP to any message, or email hello@mays.enterprises.
Supported carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.
Privacy
Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
